Quik-Serv® Residential service contracts are a no-hassle way of keeping your A/C and heating system running at its best, all year round. In addition to scheduled maintenance service twice during the year (one call for A/C and one for heating), you are given scheduling priority over all other customers, even our large non-contract commercial clients. Should repairs be needed at any time, our 10% discount for being a Quik-Serv® contract customer will help keep the final repair down. If all this isnt enough, you also get special hourly labor rates.

Once you are under contract with Cool & Heat AIRCO, we will take model and serial numbers of all the equipment at your home when we run our first maintenance call. After that, any time you should need service, we will stock parts on our technician's truck that will effect the most common repairs, if needed. No need to go out running around to locate parts. Your system is up and running again with a minimum amount of downtime.
