Houston Better Business Bureau Recognizes Cool
& Heat AIRCO, Inc. for Exemplary Service
Cool & Heat AIRCO, Inc., a 22
year old, family-owned HVAC contracting company, received the
Winner of Distinction Award at
the Houston Better Business Bureau Awards for Excellence
luncheon held today, Wednesday, April 27 at the
InterContinental Hotel. Although this
was Cool & Heat AIRCO AIRCO’s first time to be
recognized by the BBB for service excellence, the company has
been been given Gold Star Awards each year for its good work
in adhering to the membership standards of the Better Business
Bureau.
Family owned and operated since
1983, Cool & Heat AIRCO, Inc. strives to set higher
standards for customer service. Since its founding as a small
residential contracting company, Cool & Heat AIRCO has
evolved into a full-service company offering anything and
everything related to air conditioning and heating; from
residential sales and service, to commercial installations,
restaurant equipment, and professional analyses of heat loads
and air flows. Some
of our residential customers include Shad Bogany, past
President of the Harris County Realtors’ Association, ERA,
Coldwell Banker, and Century 21.
Cool & Heat AIRCO, Inc. is an American Standard
Customer Care Dealer, and is also a recognized dealer for
Rheem and Amana, as well as Fujitsu mini split systems.
On the commercial side, our customers include the City
of Houston, Metropolitan Transit Authority, the State of Texas, and the United States
Government. Cool
& Heat AIRCO, Inc. is also certified by the Department of
Defense. Cool & Heat AIRCO, Inc. is also a certified dealer and
service center for ICE-O-MATIC ice machines.

over the last twenty years.

The BBB
Awards for Excellence recognizes local businesses that have
excelled in quality, service and management.
Proceeds from the event will help fund the four
programs of the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation
and extend its educational initiatives to outlying communities
of the Greater Houston area.
